There is a drink made from watermelons but I can't remeber the name. It's a Japanese sounding name.

Use an apple corer to remove a "cork" from the whole watermelon...Then use a turkey baster to inject a bottle of vodka....Let it sit for a couple hours/overnight...Then cut up and eat...Yummmmmmy I'm pissed!

i have made watermelon wine before, it is great to drink and also to cook with, i have made many kinds of wine, this one is a good one to try.

juice the melon , heat the juice to just below boiling, add yeast, wait a week and taste. If it's still too sweet wait a few days and taste again.
