Is it possible to have Satellite tv and Comcast at the same time in my home?

There was already a dish here when we moved so we got dish, but they could only hook up 4 tv's, so I have 3 more tv's that need cable. Can I get Comcast cable and satellite tv? Will installing cable mess up the satellite service?

Yes, you can.
They can all share the same wiring as well. The satellite set-top box can only decode the satellite signal and the comcast set-top will decode the cable signal.
