Sometimes it helps if you have a specific event to go to like a wedding, a New Years Party, tickets to a sporting event, etc. Since you have known him for a year you can easily bring up the event in conversation and see if he sounds interested. If so, tell him it would be a lot more fun if he came along. If he sounds uninterested, ask him what he likes to do and offer to keep him company. Good luck!!

write with ur name on u dont no how many people ask a girl out but dont put ther name on it it drives every1 insane!! but get a friend 2 give it 2 him whlie ur not in the same class or not at skool but dont write a really long note saying ur in lov just ask : will u go out wiht me ?

Wow you are awesome always have I dreamed of girls asking guys out just as much as vis versa. 1. start to hang out with him a litlle bit like talk to him and get to know him
2.if that doesnt work and he ignores u then start talkin to his friends or when he walks by u and ur friends start giggling and pointing at him
3.if he does answer u and then u guys start hanging out, then when ur alone like if ur in the library or studing together say that u sort of like him and u want to take the relationship to the next level maybe he'll say yes!

just keep it casual...it doesnt need to be such a big deal...you need to find out if he feels the same way too so y not invite him out wiv mates etc if hes interested then casually ask if he wants to do somat just the two of you sumtime? that way its not really a date unless you both want it to be if it goes well it shunt be as hard to as him! :) good luck

Run up to him, look him in the eyes, kiss him on the cheek, then run away giggling. That will give him enough to get him to come and talk to you. If he doesn't come and talk to you then either he's not interested or he's a wuss, and you don't want either.
