we are going for a week on monday and taking athousand 200 pouns beetweentwo of us just for spends i wud have liked more but christmas and all that!!!! it is expensive i beleive though good lucka nd just enjoy itxxx

I'm going for a weekend, coming up, and I paid $118 for the airline ticket, $240 for two nights at a nice hotel, and plan on taking $300 to shop here and there and to eat, that's just for two days, So, imagine a week. Good luck!

This is impossible to answer without knowing what you want to do. If staying at a hotel everyone has their hand out for a tip - carry cases, trolley for cases, concierge, restaurant, taxi's - got really hacked off as I'm not loaded. Certainly agree with others - think of a number and double it!

lots and lots do you no every time you go out for a drink or a meal the waiters take tips off you in the bill and they expect 20% of what you have spent as a tip as-well, when your over there just keep going to mc donalds!!!!! enjoy your hols

new york city is so big that you have to go to the web to see what fits your budget,hotels can be very expensive or cheap,the same with food,.Do you want to spend $25.00 or a $100.00 its up to you

depends on if you'll be shopping and going to shows. I'd plan on 2 -3 hundred a day to have some fun.
