My friend went to the goodwill shopping and now shes says she is itching from her feet to her head does anyone know what this could be even her eye lashes and bottom of her feet itch ?

I don't know because you haven't described how the arthropods look (if there are any). If you think you've got more than an itchy sweater on your hands, then collect a couple of specimens and place them in alcohol. Take the sample to your local university extension and ask them to identify the parasite. Then they will tell you what you can do about the infestation. In the meantime, you can take those clothes and put them in a trash sack or incinerate them just to be safe.

Lice live on your skin, and can be seen. Scabies are much smaller mites; mites are insect-like creatures that burrow, or tunnel, under the outer layer of skin. Mites lay eggs under the skin and feed themselves on the blood from their victims.

If she wore any of the clothing without washing it, she could be reacting. They disinfect them with chemicals. She should shower well..... get herself very cleaned up. And wash those clothes if she bought any!

she could be allergic to the detergent and disinfectant they use to clean the clothes. its some heavy duty stuff.
