anyone know a fast working diet , one that i can lose 20 pounds by the end of jan.?
explain the diet no just eat right and excercise SERIOUS answers appreciated!

Avoid anything made with white flour ( chips, pizza, pasta, bread, ) and avoid sugar based products. Eat lean beef, fish, chicken, pork. Load up on fruits and vegetables for vitamins and fiber. You'll stay full longer and live longer. Drink lots of water. Watch your serving sizes... eat from a salad plate rather than a dinner plate. NO fast food !!! Remember the old saying , " Eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch, and a poor man at dinner time." This is my diet and I haven;t had a weight problem in five years.

Be careful not to try to lose the weight too fast (normally it isn't healthy to lose more than 2lbs per week).
