It was Rachel.
According to the Bible, Jacob (also known as Israel), wanted to marry Rachel. So, Rachel's father, Laban (who was also Jaob's uncle), agreed to give Jacob her hand in marriage if he worked for him for seven years. When the seven years were over, Jacob got married, but when the veil was removed and the vows were said, he realized that he had married Leah, Rachel's older sister. Laban then told Jacob that he could not have the younger sister marry before the older one, so he then offered to give him Rachel if he worked another seven years and Jacob agreed.
Unfortunately, however, because Leah was not intentionally married, Jacob did not love Leah, only Rachel. So, when Rachel finally did have a child, Joseph, Jacob loved him more than any of his other sons.
