is it under the skin-if so it may be a fatty tumour or mass on the outside hard to say check with your doctor

I would freak out yet . .it could be a swollen gland or cyst. Which you may def want to check out witha doctor but I'm really unsure exactually where the lump is so heres a site hopefully it helps!

Could be lyphodema I dont want to scare you but that is form of cancer and should be diagnosed by a doctor. MY brother in law has it and it started out small but later got aggressive (maligment) fast spreading type Good luck and God bless you.

it could just be a cyst, but i would go to a doctor. don't mess around with any kind of lumps.

you could have an enlarged lymph gland. It would be a good idea to see a doctor about it just in case it is something more serious.
