my brother keeps on wearing his boxer shorts around the house, and sometimes you can like see everything, even though my mom says for him to be considerate of me! Do other girls have the same problem?

I have a brother that does that, it's rude and i went to my step-dad about the problem since my mom never would do or say anything to my bro about it.
My bro would sometime just walk right out of the shower with like nothing on no towel nothin and walk down the hall to his room. It was disgusting. Sometimes he'd be havin a hard on.
Yes, i'd go to your dad and complain about this and tell him it's just plain rude and disrespectful to you.
When i went to my dad, told him what was going on, he went to my brother and had a real loud strong talk with him, and my brother quit doing it.

Offer to do laundry, get his boxers and sew the fly.
that or wait untill he gonna do that, then invite some hot chick he likes over and let her see him in all his glory. the embarrasment should clear him up
or get a gf of yours to see him same as above, but then have her point at his crotch and start laughing and wisper something to you, then you answer "I thought so"
then you both go away laughing hard.

Ask your parents to have your brother wear something over his boxer shorts, that it is embarrassing to you.

start wearing boxers yourself around the house and show everything make sure your parents see you and maybe they will do something about him. Parents tend to be more carefull about what they let their daughters do.

tell him to put something on or get him back by getting all your mates round so when he comes out they can see him and everything else but not just girl mates get your male mates to come round as well
