You may not be able to control his actions, but you can defintely control your response. If you have caller ID screen your calls and stop answering his calls. Otherwise, unplug the phone. Eventually (and hopefully) he'll get the message. Your other option is to let your boyfriend answer the phone and see what happens, although it may not be fair to the current boyfriend to put him in the middle of the situation.

Change the phone number or turn the phone off at night. Do not answer the phone, anytime, he is calling. He will get the idea.

Listen carefully this is what you do.
Here are some suggestions:
1.Tell him you got a bf
2.Call the phone company and block him
3.Change your number
4.Tell your new bf that your old bf is bothering you
5.if you wanna be mean say"Back off or else"
but don't say the or else part
You can say you'll find out if you keep calling so back off

1. Turn off the ringer
2. Block his number (service available through phone company)
3. Let him know that if he calls again, you will call the police and have him charged with harassement.
4. Let your boyfriend answer!

First you blatently tell him to get a life, then you block his number... if that does not work get him for harrassment. You have to play the game in the opposite direction in which he plays it. DON'T answer when he calls/texts. DON'T give in to any of his wishes/bribes/commands, etc... DON'T stoop to his level. Be happy with your life the way it is and keep moving forward. If you allow him to bring you down you are just giving in to him which is what he wants. Thats how men gain strength to control women, they know what to say to make us fall straight down to our knees. Be strong!
Good luck...

Turn off the ringer. If you can't do that, a properly placed whistle blown as loud as possible in his ear can sometimes work too.
IF that fails, try writing him a letter, sending it certified mail so that you know he got it, and explain your feelings. He's just doing this to get to you. If you need to, get a PPO. That should keep him off your back.

Tell him to stop...that you have a new boyfriend. If he doesn't listen, tell him that you will have him up on harassment charges. Or, let your new boyfriend answer the late night calls. That will take care of it!
