Awesome question. I have a unique answer for you. When I was like 10 years old, my Indian friend taught me that in Gujarati (spoken in the western Indian state of Gujarat)!! It sounds like "cone podd'-ee-oh"
I farted - "hoo podd'-ee-oh"
To say "I have to fart" - "mahnay-podd'-wa-noo la-gay-chay"
Hope that helps!

Go hang out with a bunch of different nationalities and then FART. They will all exclaim (and loudly) just the words you want to hear.
