can i still be on my parent's insurance if I've recently gotten married and moved out or do i have to get my own insurance?

If they want to insure you they still can.

Most insurance companies have a rule that all parties covered on the same policy live under the same roof. You are a big girl now, you and your husband should have your own policy.

You should look into getting your own policy. If you are only listed as a driver imagine the headache you could give your parents if you were to be in a chargeable accident. It would follow them around for the next 5 yrs minimum increasing their premiums drastically and possibly causing them to find another carrier.
