I had a stylist tell me that brands don't matter...shampoos and conditioners are pretty much all the same. You could use Suave and get the same benefits as you get using Paul Mitchell. I myself use Head & Shoulders and a conditioner that I get from a local beauty supply store called Silk Elements. Hairdressers always comment on how healthy my hair is. I have very thick, wavy hair. There's no need to spend a fortune. Also, once a month, I wash my hair with dishwashing liquid (Palmolive, Joy, or Dawn...). This strips all of the buildup out of your hair and afterwards I deep condition with a a mixture of olive and almond oil. Leaves hair very shiny and healthy! Also, if you use irons or blowdryers, use a heat protector!

Paul Mitchel's shampoo and conditioner and super skinny serum is the absalute best!! You can only get it it salons tho. I think... that's where i got mine. It smells so good and the super skinny serum helps after you take a shower you just squirt a tiny bit in your hand and put a thin layer of it on your hair before you dry or straiten it and it keeps your hair very healthy and undamaged.

I even have in no way used redken, yet i be attentive to an extremely good shampoo and conditioner style, referred to as organic essences. it took me consistently to locate the main concepts-blowing shampoo, yet this is the stuff! It is provided in very good organic smells, and if it says quantity, pin immediately, moisture or something like that, then it incredibly is actual!! I even have used maximum of them, so i be attentive to. yet i for my area use the greater moisture one, it has the main suitable scent in my view, and it leaves you feeling sparkling, unfastened, and alive!! good success on your quest on your hair!

What are you using right now? I like Perfect Plus and Pantene. I have friends that swear by Paul Mitchell but it does nothing for me.

I use Garnier Frutise shampoo& conditioner, and it works really well. WHatever you do, don't use Suave, it dries out your hair alot, and it made my hair wavier and frizzier than normal...

Garnier Fructis if you want something affordable. Or Paul Mitchell if you don't mind spending the money.
