Islam..and not to be bias to my fellow readers of other religions...it is because people who convert are not looking into what is thrown on them by the media and all the wars and killings going on in the name of religion. it is because they read the Quran first and try to understand it with an open mind. If any of you do have a chance to read Quran..do so with an open mind to understand it and not listen to outside sources..then decide on what your heart says...ciao

Islam is the fastest growing, but mainly because of high birth rates and slightly forced conversions. Christianity is sort of like that, but go after third world countries with their missionaries. I think the more favorite religion to convert to would be Buddhism though.

Though Sebastian has gotten four thumbs down for saying it, I'm going to repeat what he said - Wicca is the fastest growing religion in the United States. I'm sorry that some people don't want to hear that, but it's true.

If I was to wake up and decide I wanted to be religious I think I would choice Judaism.

Of all the religious people I have encountered they are least judgmental (Calm down I'm not saying that all Christians are).

And from my discussions with friends and other people I think Judaism holds more truth.

But that’s just my opinion :)

In most polls I've read, people say if they converted to any religion, it would be Buddhism.

I "converted" to Buddhism a few years ago. It's still a part of my life today as is my former religion, Christianity.

Outside of Christianity, Islam. Within Christianity, in terms of percentage increase per year, Pentecostalism (which of course encompasses a number of different churches). In terms of actual numbers per year, Catholicism (1.2 million adult converts last year).

As you see there's lots of religion out there. So to help you find one Jesus tells us how to find the true religion.......Jesus said: “By this all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love among yourselves.” (John 13:35) Such love reaches across racial, social, and national boundaries, drawing people together in genuine brotherhood. So strong is this love that it sets them apart as being truly different. When the nations go to war, who have enough love for their Christian brothers in other lands that they refuse to take up arms and kill them? That is what early Christians did...........Jesus said that his true followers would be “no part of the world.” (John 15:19) To worship God in a manner that he approves requires that we keep ourselves “without spot from the world.” (Jas. 1:27) Can that be said of those whose clergy and other members are involved in politics, or whose lives are largely built around materialistic and fleshly desires?—1 John 2:15-17...........Jesus foretold: “This good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.” (Matt. 24:14) What religion is really proclaiming God’s Kingdom as the hope of mankind instead of encouraging people to look to human rulership to solve their problems? Has your religion equipped you to share in this activity, and to do it from house to house as Jesus taught his apostles to do?—Matt. 10:7, 11-13; Acts 5:42; 20:20........I can't tell you what religion to follow but Jesus could.........so look for the one that Jesus tell you to go to.

Of the three Abrahamic religions, it's probably Christianity since it's the only one that doesn't require circumcision.
