I lost 112 pounds by losing it slowly. I was happy at losing 1-5 pounds amonth. It took me 1.5 years to lose it but it is gone. I exercised daily so that I would not have the flabby skin. I started out only being able to walk 7 minutes and gave up that day. I went back out the next day and walked 15 minutes. I can now jog and love to jog 3-5 days per week up to 1 hour. You can do this !

It's only $30 for 30 at Walmart. Why go online and pay $100? Just ask your doctor for a prescription.
And no, it isn't "toxic"--it wouldn't be FDA approved it if were.
Ephedra and all that over the counter crap, that's what's toxic--and it doesn't work, just makes your wallet thin.

ephedra's better. online somewhere. Makes you lose weight faster. Dont take it in high doses, though, it could be bad for you. A little won't hurt, tho.
