Usually, this means he's admiring you. This is definitely a good sign.
If you've ever talked to him, jokingly ask him one day, "So why were you looking at me in class today?" and nudge him a bit. This not only gives him the opportunity to tell you how he feels but then you get the touching, breaking-the-ice contact!!
And if you want to make him laugh (depending on the guy, that's a huge requirement that his girlfriend can make him laugh/feel comfortable), make a funny face. Then wink at him quick. He'll find it cute and playful and this will also break the ice!!

Well it could be that he likes you as much as you like him. I'd ask him out. But you do want to keep this one thought, no matter how cruel it may be:Maybe he thinks you look odd and finds you as a source of entertainment. Guy's can be weird sometimes. So make sure you're confident in your self before you ask him out, or if you still too scared to ask him out, try smiling at him when you catch him looking. It'll probrably boost his courage, and HE may just ask YOU out. Good luck! ^^

He's either attracted to you or he as a lot animosity/jealousy towards you. True piece of psychology right there. Judging your situation, I'd put money on the attracted part. So either go for him or tell him to kock it off.
