If he does it every now and then, he's flirting. If he does it all of the time, he's a dork.

its spelled mimicking for one thing. and it depends on how he does it. does he do it allll the time? and does he have a mean bitter tone when he does it? that means he doesnt like you. but if he doesnt as definitely jjoking...then he might like you. but its not a definite indicator.
