I have a dvd o sheil walsh, extraordinary faith. It won't play past the intro talk. Why?

It is a dvd with 8 lessons, supposedly. I have nero program & have trouble getting beyound her introductions of the lessons. It goes thru all 8 intro & then doesn't go any further. I bought this because I wanted to study with this devotional. Is ther something more I need to do?
