Well you should probably go to the doctor first.
I don't have health insurance so I look for natural remedies whenever I get sick.
Drink lots of fluids to flush out your body and lay off the alcohol.
Try taking some echinacea. It's a natural herb extract that will help boost your immune system. You can find it at most pharmacies and health food stores.
Ibuprofen for your aches and pains.
Get some sleep.
If you can't sleep, chug some NyQuil.

Get a lot of rest and go see a doctor. The doctor will give you medicine and tell you how to get better faster. And maybe get a massage!! And do not spread your germs by getting near anyone because the flu is very contagious. Hope u feel better

To prevent a sore throat, soothe and upset stomach, and cleanse your body, drink this:
Heat up water as if for tea. Disolve 2 and a half tablespoons of honey in water. Soak a lemon slice in the water for 5 minutes. Drink it in the morning, and at night. Doing this for a week will even make your skin glow! It cleanses your body out really well and makes you feel great.
Sleep with your head elevated on 2 pillows at night to avoid getting a stuffy nose.
See if you can go to walgreens and get one of the compresses that goes from cold to hot, I think the IcyHot patch might work!
Remember to drink 8+ glasses of water a day, don't let yourself get dehydrated!
Get 10+ hours of sleep every night!
Drink at least 1 bowl of chicken soup every day!
Get well soon!

There are antiviral drugs available, but they are very expensive. Have someone get you some "Airborne", it is an over the counter remedy. It is said to work well, my friends use it a lot. And it is cheap too! Five or six bucks.Otherwise, it takes 10 to 14 days for a virus to run it's course usually. Then another week to get back to feeling like yourself.
