I live i Egypt and there's actually no good hair cutters here. I desperately want to get that layered haircut look but the barber just couldn't do it. Can i achieve this look without having to really cut it this way?

Tie your hair in a intense pony tail. no longer too intense. basically above your ears, be constructive there's no bumps! as quickly as in a pony tail, twist the horse tail, yet no longer too tight, keeping the horse upwards each and every of the time, then as quickly as twisted, cut back the tip of it. whats up presto. i could propose you to pass to a suited hairdresser however, and with the horse tail approach, in straightforward terms cut back small bits, and in case you do no longer sense its major adequate, do it lower back, yet do no longer cut back alot, as you know, a large chew and you will't restoration, do it in small tiers.

Try putting hair gel on your fingertips, then run your fingers through your hair just once and leave it to set.
