Men say that kind of stuff because, first they want the sex and second they want the girl to feel good about the intimacy. It is just words, better known as pillow talk. Perhaps you need to think before you jump into bed with a man, especially with the STD's and AIDS

Typically anything said at the end of a one night relative to physical talents or image is true. Why would he lie about that? Take the complement and keep up the kegel exercises.

that's a 50-50. I've used it caus it was true at the time and I've used it cause I had gone two years without sex and I wasn hoping to turn a one-night stand into a weeklong stand

Usually, after a guy has had a few and picks up someone or gets picked up he thinks it was the best he's had.
