It took years to get to where you are ,..one day of binge eating will make very little difference.

It depends on how much weight you already lost and how much junk food you're going to have. A healthy life style would allow you to have junk food some times in small quantities. Anyway when you finally achieve eating balance you don't have the same cravings as when you weren't eating right and you won't probably be able to stuff yourself with junk all day long (even if it's a single day). So, to be moderate will help you stay on tracks.
Moreover, the more you eat on a big holiday meal the more likely you'll be to feel more hunger and more cravings for junk food the next day than you were the day before.

Not all the weight but try to work out the day you do eat the junk food, so maybe you can help to break even from whatever you do eat, and make sure to have the will power to only do it one day, every two weeks.
Remember eat to live, do not live to eat.

Hm...Welll, it's kinda hard to answer. If you eat nothing but junkfood all day and sit around watching TV then there's a high possibility. Junk foods contain a lot of calories and carbohydrates. And probably a lot of carbs, too. And if you ask a doctor, he/she will probably recommend you not eat junk foods all that much. It's very unhealthy.
^^ I hadn't eaten any for a whole year and I can make 8 laps around my school within 55 mins.

Probably enough calories in one days worth of junk food to give you back 3-4 pounds. But, why do you want it back?

No, if you don't indulge yourself, you won't make it on your diet. Just take it slow and only eat if you are hungry and don't eat diet ice cream or candy, it will only make you eat more. Go for the good stuff, just eat one portion.

No....if it's under 3lbs. It may make you feel bloated and like crap for a few days, though! Water is always best to flush out your system!
