People tend to lash out at weaknesses. This maybe a weakness they see in themselves. Then there are the folks who have self esteem problems and try to build themselves up by putting others down. Humans are really disgusting creatures when it comes to the treatment of their own kind.

we as humans find fault easily in others. and those of us who take time to understand can even present solutions to these "faulted people" (everyone). what we dont realize is that everything we find annoying in someone else has a hold in us too, even if a small one or in a different form. so knowing this, each time you find fault in another, find a fault in yourself. and eachtime you help another, help yourself. plus, it is far easier to talk about another's strengths and weaknesses than it is our own.
