I want to create an excercise routine for myself. I am stuck on a farm right now and don't have the transportation to get to a gym. What excercises can I do at home? I find it hard to get motivated to excercise at home. I go for walks but I want to do more to help me lose weight and tone. Advice please!

Workout tapes are great for exercising at home. Since you already go for walks, see if theres a way you can challenge yourself. Maybe find a hill you could walk on or power walk for short intervals during your walk. Your body needs to be challenged in new ways to continue losing the weight. Also, weight training 1-2 a week is a great way to keep losing weight. Get advice from someone on how to do it right to avoid injury (a friend or even magazines).
Also, small changes in your diet works wonders. Eating healthy combined with a fitness regimine will melt the pounds away. Just stick with it and be patient!

running is one of the best exercises to lose weight and get toned. You could sprint, too. You can also do leg lifts, sit ups and push ups, put your arms on a chair and push up (this will help tone your arms). Watch what you eat, too. Don't eat more calories than you're burning or else you'll gain weight.

Running as Sara has said. Also Yoga if your into that. Pushups, situps, squats etc.

start drinking beer

walk to the store for each beer you drink
