Well, I guess that all depends on what YOUR idea of the "real deal" is? Because I think that's going to be different to everyone. And who's to say what is real? Who is the authority on this exactly? I think that I hear God's voice everytime I talk to anyone else, since we are all individuations of the All-That-Is. We all originate from God the source of all life and are all connected to God and each other.

But if you're talking about some "booming voice from the sky" a la some Charlton Heston movie and the Ten Commandments, then I suggest you stop watching so many movies and taking Hollywood's version of the image of God so seriously.

Jesus has heard God's voice. And so do we. It is not the language we speak. It is the certitude, the relationship we have with God.
I once had a dog which knew when I was sad. She could also tell the difference between the cars owned by family members and the cars driven by strangers. She never barked when a family member came home even though we lived on the second floor and she had no access to a window. How then did she understand me or was able to distinguish one car from another? I do not know. There is so much we do not know. So too with our relationships with God. God does speak to us. It takes practice to learn how to recognize God's voice.

There are several accounts in the Bible where God has spoken to people. One major account is when Jesus was baptized. Matt. 3:17 Look! Also, there was a voice from the heavens that said: "This is my son, the beloved, whom I have approved"

No one knows. Anyone can say they have but no one can prove it. If you really want to know the answer to this question you should go to a church and ask him yourself....But I bet Jesus has heard him before. lol

No one on this face of the earth.... and no one will

It's impossible.... God has no reason to talk to us mere humans.

The only people that were worthy to talk to were the Prophets whom God sent down before us..... no one else.....

You can only imagine it was God, but it ain't

Savvy?
