How do you copy a dvd onto the computer and where do you go to copy it onto an unused dvd?

ME is before DVDs were common.
You need a 3rd party burner.
Here's one to try

That will depend on the type of software you are using for your DVD burner. Some have a copy selection and you put in the one you want to copy and it stores it in memory. Then put in the one you want to copy to and it will burn it. Or you can copy the DVD to your hard drive if you have enough spare space and then write it back onto a new DVD.
