That depends on whether you are just watching calories, or if you are also watching your carbohydrate intake. Juices like apples juice are very high as you can see in carbs. You are better off eating the fruit rather than drinking the juice.

Yes...it's MUCH better to eat an apple. You get all the nutrients that way (including the fiber) rather than drinking just the juice with all that sugar.

yes, it would be bad. that much sugar isn't good under any circumstance. juices are one of those foods that people perceive as healthy, but they're really not. all they contain is sugar with none of the fiber found in real fruits. they also lack some of the vitamins and minerals. you're better off eating fruits, but if you MUST drink juice, then find this specific brand. it's Tropicana Orange Juice with Fiber. It contains only 22g of sugar and 3g of fiber.

If you are on diet, just eat oranges as much as you want,not apple juice containing sugar.

it would be better to eat an apple, and just drink wtaer. A normal 12 oz. can of soda has 40 g. of sugar.
