I know it souns cruel, but I have seen her "boyfreind" makeout with anouther girl. of course he made me swear to tell no one. any ways to have them break up without telling either of them, and have it nigh un traceble to me?

TRUST ME!!! No. they both will just hate you (which makes no sense, but they will). You have your word you wouldn't tell, so you shouldn't, however when she finds out she's going to be very angry. However if you tell her she will be angry and your guy friend will be angry and not trust you. i would just tell him that you think he's a jerk for doing this but you'll say nothing, then walk away from the situation (that way you've said your piece).
there's really no way to break up a couple. People generally have a feeling when their significant other is cheating, but ignore it for many reasons. If she comes to you can asks you if you know anything, say something like "i can't betray a friend's trust, but if you have these suspicions, i would follow more into them"
you can try taping them, but that could get ugly too.
Edit- i'm assuming you're friends with both of them. If you're not friends with the guy, then you shouldn't have given your word and i agree with a previous poster, you should have held firm you your beliefs and said something to him and to her

wow. well you have tons of options there:
1. the "she said, he said" method usually never fails. tell the girl or the guy something that their boyfriend/girlfriend said behind their back. example: tell your friends boyfriend that his girlfriend said he smelled really bad or was a bad kisser or something. To make the effect better, tell the person "but don't tell them I told you...". the whole "swear to me" method.
2. frame the boyfriend. if you know he's going out one night and that you might be able to catch him with another girl, either:
a) follow him and take a picture, then sectretly place the picture in the girlfriend's room, book, locker, etc with a note saying "from a friend" or just anonymously.
or
b) take the girlfriend with you, and in person show her. this may break your promise to him though, so wath out.
3. you might have to tell her. i know it stinks, but its only right. this is a las resort, but if you care about this girl, you need to inform her of her cheating boyfriend.

Its none of your business man. Don't get between other peoples lives. Don't you have your own things to worry about? Unless the person is your sister or daughter it is none of your business. On top of that you promissed not to say anything. That is the same as promissing not to break them up. Aren't you a man. There is an un written rule.

You saw it be a man call him on it. IF he really cared about the girl his lips would not touch anyone elses he played the game and hes busted you have him dead to rights. Don't cheat unless your ready for a break up.

Sounds like you are after her. If you can set it up, try to get a picture of his "activities," hopefully with you in the distant background and arrange to have someone deliver it to her.

You should type a letter so the handwriting cant come back on you explaining what he has been doing and drop it on her step or whereever she'll get. Thats the only thing I can think of where it wont come back on you.
