well, you wont and aren't able to do so for a long time.
File for your VISA through your government agency and wait until its approved. But being deported will put a black mark on your profile, so approval can take longer.

Depends what you was deported for in the first place.
For visa violation...minimum 3 years before you can enter USA again.
In some circumstances...10 years.
How to get back in after deportation ??...i have no idea ...and dont want to find out either.
Not like the UK where you can come and go whenever you like no matter what you done wrong.

Word of advice - don't try walking into the USA across the Canadian border. There are tens of thousands of electronic sensors in the ground which flag you up instantly and they will arrest you on the US side of the border. It's not an urban myth! You don't honestly believe that they would allow such a vast border to just stay open to the world, do you? When you're arrested, it's a US jail - best of luck with that!

If you've already been deported once in the past... I would imagine the bureacracy of the USA would all but prevent you re-entering in today's border climate.
However I may be wrong.

If you overstayed your visa from 180 days to 1 year, then you have a 3 year ban placed on you. If you overstayed your visa over 1 year, then the ban is 10 years. It doesn't matter what country you're from.

I agree with many of the posters:
Do what works for millions of Latin Americans, just enter the US from Mexico.
I hope you will commit some terrorist acts (I suggest blowing up the ACLU headquarters ...) maybe then America would wake up and start securing the borders.
Regarding the ACLU comment: of course I know that the ACLU does everything to support criminals, terrorists, scumbags, child pornographers, Nazis..., no way a criminal will ever do them any harm. They will probably rather provide human shields for them.

Go through Mexico if you want to do it fast, or depending on the reason you got deported you might have to file for a pardon, unless they gave you a specific time frame you have to wait before you can file for a pardon????

You're missing some facts, such as how long ago you were deported and which country you are a citizen of. Then I will be able to help you more.

Fly to Mexico city. Take a bus to Juarez. Walk across border to San Diego. Works for millions of Mexicans every year, might as well give it a shot.

You could always go over to Cuba, then make your own boat and try to sail over. Just take a look at these guys for inspiration: http://www.floatingcubans.com/ ;-) You're probably better just staying away though. The UK isn't that bad. I definitely don't recommend trying what I said. lol
