Then you should see a doctor. You may have low blood sugar. It's not normal for an 18 year old to feel bad after a little activity.

1. I'm 5 feet tall and I'm 22. I'm not growing any taller, but you're still young, you might grow some more. Don't feel bad if you don't though. there's nothing wrong with being short. =) 2. If you are a little underweight already and you know that you aren't eating enough, then that's probably your problem. Not the fact the you're a vegetarian. You know that you should be getting more and different foods into your diet. 3. Try making some fruit smoothies or drinking a glass of OJ right when you get up. Fruit in the morning is a great way to give you energy that will last you through the day. 4. If you are a big pasta eater, you might want to cut back. Eating a lot of pasta makes you sleepy and sluggish. If you're not active it will mostly turn to fat. Either eat less of it or buy multi-grain pasta. 5. Eat at least 4-6 small meals a day if possible. At least 3 balanced meals to keep you full through the day. Eat more natural foods. Things that aren't processed like snacks and prepackaged foods. Stick with fresh nuts, beans, grains, fruits, vegetables, eggs and fresh cheese. Do this for a few weeks and see if you don't feel better. Good Luck

As young as you are, I am thinking you may have a hypoglycemia issue. Urge you to go to the doctor, make sure you are fasting for that visit, and have him draw your blood for a sugar level.
