Well, you shouldn't use a bush or an alley way! This is the 21st century and caveman style toiletting is no longer acceptable.

Have you tried using a bush in the West End. Toilets are plentiful and you will save having to appear in court if spotted.

Where I live, the law requires free toilets to be provided if they have pay toilets. After they passed that, pay toilets became a thing of the past.

Some do use a bush whenever possible. At the same time, getting caught indeed can result in fines, if not a stay under the jailer's watchful eye.

Your question reminds me of a joke.It used to cost a penny to use the toilet in England,and the riddle was,What was the definition of agony,and the answer was,"a man standing outside the public toilets with a bent penny".

Yes, I had to pay 20pence the other day. It was a busy town and there was no other option . I did say to the attendant that it was a lot of money for a piddle. He said ' I know, but you can take as long as you like '!. There is only so long that you want to be in the bog though .

What is wrong with paying to use the toilet?If,you disagree,and think thiese actions are acceptable,then I'm sure you would not mind them using your garden or access to your house.I'm sure you wouldn't mind them using your property as a toilet!Just put a sign outside your house for all strangers to use when they want to relieve there-selves.
