I get tax money back then and was told they will all be sold out, is that true or should i be able to get space, we have 6 people traveling and need three rooms

Yes, it is still possible. I have relatives who have wait until the last minute to get cruises because they usually save a ton of money. The companies want to fill their ships, so they will sell very cheap tickets at the last minute. It might be difficult to get 3 rooms, but it is worth a try. There are website that can give you last minute deals. You might not get the exact cruise you want but you will get something.

It IS possible, but most likely the prices for them will be many times the amount it would be if you had reserved it a year in advance.

You can always hope for some "hot deals" that I've seen for some cruises while I was perusing the Royal Caribbean site.

You could always plan on doing the cruise March '08, that way the prices will be a little lower for you and your 5 other passengers.

No. Most people book cruises at least 6 months in advance. If you are able to find rooms a month prior to departure, they will probably be only the most expensive balcony rooms and you can't guarantee that you'll find 3 rooms. If money is no problem, then you might be able to find what you're looking for.
