i have no time to actually do any exercise or go to the gym???? i feel fat i was 125 before i got preagnant and i am about 150 now i want fast results. i'll try anything right about now i hate seeing myself in the mirror

The fastest way that I can lose weight is to almost completely cut out my fat grams. I don't pay any attention to calories, carbs, or the like; go as low as possible on fat grams. I don't see results immediately, but after about 3 weeks, the weight drops almost daily. Also, drink as much water everyday as you can possibly stand. That will drop the water weight if you are holding any. However, if you are breast feeding the baby, don't eliminate the fat grams like I mentioned above--it could harm the baby's nutrional health. Good luck, because I've had two myself, and I KNOW that there's never any time to exercise at all.

I don't know what your cravings are but mine are carbs and as soon as I cut back on them I notice a weight change immediately. Take the baby out for walks, maybe get an exercise video or treadmill to do while the baby naps or early in the morning. Good Luck. I will soon be 50 and need to loose a few pounds so I need to make some New Years resolutions.

You don't have time to exercise? All you need is 20 minutes a day, before you go to bed. That's how I did it, I did situps every night for 20 minutes, for 3 months. Not only did I loose all the baby-fat, but I went down to a size 0.

Breastfeeding would have been the best way to go - my 2nd is only 10 weeks now and I have lost almost 40 lbs - and am 10 lbs below the weight I was when I got pregnant!
