so here's the question. they didn't ask me what kind of milk to use, so what milk would they use by default if i didn't specify what kind..? do you know?

Because there are so many health conscious people and also those who are lactose (Cow's milk) intollerant, Starbucks now offers Soy milk as an option...if you did not specify this they most likely would have given you regular milk or low fat milk.

I'm pretty sure it's 2%. They usually only ask if you want whipped cream. Milk specification is up to you to say. Just like with anything else, if you don't specify, it's the standard they make.

usually 2% but when I worked at a coffeehouse I judged type of milk by the size of the person. I know it sounds bad but skinny people got 2% and chubby people got skim.

What are you drinking that sissy stuff for. Drink real coffee like hot Black Folgers or Community without all that sugar and milk in it. Drink it black like coffee is meant to be drank.

They use skim and whole only.

If you do not specify which they will use the whole milk.

You can request that they mix the two though.
