Stereotypically, Spanish-speaking countries are predominately Catholic and thus do not have as much to debate on. They are also more devote. Here, we have a various diverse and opinionated group.

Because the majority of Spanish speakers are from poor countries, such as Mexico. And, being poor, they are under-educated. And we all know how the mind virus of religion prefers to be hosted in an uneducated mind.

I guess the Spanish speakers aren't as diverse in religion as the English speakers.

Because the Spanish are all Catholics and get burnt at the steak if they even consider any doubts about their spirituality, beliefs and traditions.
