and it cant be at school.

like, if its at church, you wouldn't just go up to them and ask them out.

Instead of "targeting your prey", why not just talk with girls wherever you are? That will not only let you enjoy the conversation, but you'll make a lot more friends AND be comfortable with talking to girls anyplace you meet them!

Well i don't see why church would be a problem for you. I mean just go up to the girl that you like. Talk to her for a bit then ask her if it would be okay if she accompany you for a coffee or something. I hope that helped. Happy new year!!!!

Well u can join community groups i am sure there are some girls there. and one thing is that u shouldnt just glance at a girl and think she is ugly. to let u kno sumtimes the ones that u dont think are all that sexy on the outside, can be the sweetest girl that u have ever met. like me for instance i m not all that beautiful but people love me for me.

It could be more of how you approach the girl.
You probably find nice girls, at a cafe, library, even a bus-stop.
Start with making small chats and see how things go.

Offer to run errands for your parents at the supermarket or the mall one day. Sure enough, there will be girls that are doing the same thing you're doing. They will probably be as bored as you will be, and they'd be happy to talk to someone new.

well just go outside and girls are everywhere really and like if its at church or anywhere talk to them first and become their friend and then see what happens
