its definitely possible if you eat more calories than you burn off. also, your body is probably used to weighing a certain amount, so when given the chance to creep back to that weight, it will. thats why lots of short term diets dont work since once you go back to your old eating habits, the wieght comes back on quickly

It is obviously feasible with eating proper and exercising. I began eating correct and changing my existence style habits on Nov 14th of final yr, and to this date I've managed to lose 34 lbs. I've managed to lose about 10 lbs a month. Which looks as if eternally however i'm slowly getting where I need to be. But yes 20 lbs in 3 months is a very feasible goal. Excellent success :)

Yes it is very possible. What are you eating??...
Well the fact is if you consume 3000 calories and do not burn the same mount, you will gain a pound. So it is very possible.

i think since you lost so much weight in so little time, that its easier to gain more. and it depends on what you are eating.
if you eat fruit and excersize everyday for a year, yeah, your going to lose weight, then you switch to mcdonalds and no excersize over night (im not saying you did this, so no offense) then your bodys going to build up that fat twice as fat.

Yes.... you are probably yo-yo dieting and you also are probably way under your set point, the weight range that you as an individual will always be between. (if you don't have any eating disorders or problems)
