Usually through an apprentice program through a local bail bonding agency.. Very rarely do people start there own business, they usually get some training in the field locally and then after some experience is gained they will move up in the field or start their own bonding agency best way is to start calling around.

a bounty hunter will be either a contract worker or an employee of a bails bondmens,
so you go to as many bail bondmens as you can and ask them how to work for them.
