I've been reading stories on how people who knew that they were healthy but specified themselves as "Healthy but not thin." and actually lost weight just because they weren't thin yet healthy. Why can't people realize that healthy is more important than Thin??? Am I the only one that notices this.

You're right healthy is much more important. I used to be a very unhealthy but thin person - I may as well have been huge because I was not healthy at all. I decided a change was in order and completely changed my eating habits and became more active - not to lose weight but to improve my health. I am fit and healthy and even mentally happier. So, fat, thin or in between - our health is something that we need to care about and if we put that first our other desires for more energy and less fat will follow...

Magazines seems to promote that because I read stories like that all the time like HOW I BECAME SKINNY and stuff like that and always in the context I see "I thought and knew I was healthy" and stuff like that. The media has taken over us.
