To keep your bf/gf a secret from one of your parents if you know that they'll just act a fool if they knew who that person was? & you're more less an adult?

Not really. They'll find out anyways and believe it or not, I;ve found that my parents have always been really understanding.

More or less an adult?! Hmmm....... :-| In my experience, it will come out eventually, so why hide it? Be proud of your partner, having to hide it from your parents will only cause more stress on you, your bf/gf, and your relationship. Good Luck!
