Ritalin is ONLY for ADHD/ADD. There is no drug you can take. If you don't do well in school, then maybe college is not for you. If you still want to go, then get a tutor.

The best drug for getting through college....? Well, I found that large quantities of marijuana and alcohol helped me focus. Although some might argue that with the "Zani-bar" defense, I personally disagree. Scholastically speaking, if you have the attention span of a guppy, and are not interested in paying attention, sleep with one or more professors. This has worked for thousands of students suffering just like yourself. It also depends on your major.....a good psych student, will "test" all possible cures, and then while high, meditate on the cause. The science majors are the same. The political majors will deny it the next day, and the medicine majors will change their name and transfer residency, acting as if nothing happened. Find a good course of action, be it marijuana, alcohol, or promiscuity, and live it up!! Enjoy your college years, by not remembering it :)

If you are generally healthy, and do not have underlying problems like A.D.D. a balanced diet, regular exercise, getting enough sleep, and good organizational skills should do the trick! There are (at most colleges and universities) study help programs that help train you to prioritize and focus on your tasks. Check with student services, or your program counselor for details on what programs are available at your college/university. For me? I drank a ton of coffee, kept impeccable notes in class, and asked questions when I didn't understand something.

Stop drinking caffeine, try working out before you settle in to study. No drug will help unless you see a doctor about it and he/she thinks it's a good idea.

Or, maybe you can't just drug yourself into wanting to do the work. Grow up and do it on your own.
