do these things on a regular basis, dont wait until you get mad..take those deep breaths all the time as in meditation. its preventative medicine. and...dont take life so seriously. others will not always agree with you and you dont have to prove that you are right. let go of your tight grip on everything sweetie because most of it really doesnt matter. good luck.

Write a letter of complaint into Customer Services at Microsoft.

Wrestle an eel.

Start a new myspace account.

Get a tattoo of David Hasselhof.

Dig an escape tunnel.

Put your coat on back-to-front.

Learn Urdu.

Tidy your room.

Make a cardboard model of a tin of celery soup.

Find Jesus.

Play hide 'n' seek with above.

Write a song about it.

Post angry song on myspace.

Rejoice... now everyone is your friend and peace is restored to the galaxy.

Listen to music, take a shower/bath, sing, bake, paint, write about it, cry. The list is endless, it all depends on what you enjoy doing. When I was a child and when I became upset my mother would take me outside on the step and tell me to shout at the top of my lungs to relieve my anger, it worked for me. If you are having that hard of a time with your anger, you should get help from a therapist/counselor.
