I have been dealing with headaches for a while now. I would see a doctor if they are frequent. There could be a few causes, stress or tension, allergies, migraines or sinus related problems. Your doctor will treat it depending on the cause. I would keep a note as to when you get it to see if there is a pattern or something. If Tylenol works or some other over the counter that may be what you need, as long as you don't take it often. Good luck! Not sure if you have tried acupuncture but that can work too.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Difficult to say, tension however is a cause for a lot of head aches. and eye strain could also be the cause. Try massaging the area, and of course your neck and shoulder muscles, to see if it helps. Ophthalmologist for an eye exam may also be in order. Look up more causes for headaches, on line or Web MD, there are many, and eliminate the ones that you think may apply.

I think that you're suffering from sinusitis. This can lead to asthma and other respiratory problems but it is not that serious if detected and cured at an early stage. Go to an authorized medical practician and he'll help you with the headaches.

You should consult a doc since you haven't gotten checked out ina long time. Sometimes certain headaches such as migraines attack one side. I know, I get them. My headaches favor the right side. You should see a neurologist. Good luck.

It may be migraines. Men get them too, though not as often as women, and they're almost always in exactly the same place. If you get any other symptoms along with the pain, like nausea or light sensitivity, it's most likely a migraine.

Try laying down in a dark quite room. Sometimes I use a cool or heated towel to lay across my for head and it seems to help. You should talk to your doctor if they have been increasing lately. Try Excedrin, they seem to help my headaches better than Advil or tylenol. Hope this helps and you feel better soon.
