I am looking to provide a home for a Siamese cat. I already have a 5 month old Siamese kitten. I live in Indianapolis, but I would be willing to travel up to about 2 hours to meet someone if possible. I'm not looking to pay a lot of money, just help someone out if they need to find their SIamese a good home. Please let me know!

They have several Siamese rescues who have cats available all the time. Many times they will help with transport of the cat to you.

Hello neighbor. Im from NW indiana! I was pretty lucky, my sister found a siamese cat out in the woods 9 miles from the nearest home when he was about 9 weeks old. Noone knows how he got there, but hes mine now. Be careful... siamese are VERY VOCAL and loud. He talks all the time!!

There is a Siamese rescue organisation in Virginia. They "railroad" Siamese cats around to new adopters. Someone will drive a couple of hours and keep the cat overnight. Someone else comes to drive further to get the cat to its new home.

You can contact them at: http://va.siameserescue.org.

I've had my simease for 13 years....yes that's right 13 years. She's very very vocal, and expect for them to go blind in at least one eye, blue eyed cats are more vulnerable to that. I've had Sassie (from the movie Homeward Bound) since she was 1 and she's something else. She brings me toys in the middle of the night when she wants to play, she's fetched garden snakes from our back yard and brought them to me, ewww snakes, and she gets up on my counters and gets left over food and brings it to me. We can't leave food out for very long or she'll eat it.
Good luck with your kitty cat search!

Post this on Petfinder.com and/or Craigslist.org, not here.
Those websites will give you local people.
