Can any body explain me installation of VNC Player?

Um, do you mean VLC? VNC is a remote desktop tool, not a media player. If you are talking about VLC then you just download it from one of the links here:

If you're talking about the client piece, no installation is needed. Just run the VNCViewer.exe file and enter the IP address or FQDN of the target machine.
