This might be techie question but I would like to put a Russian Palm OS on my Palm m 505 for learning purpose.

And, here's what the Palm site has to say:
"Palm OS devices are typically made available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese. There have also been Japanese and Chinese releases. While PalmSource and Palm may not produce other language variants such as Hebrew, Russian, Thai or Polish, third-parties have stepped up to create overlay products. These products typically work by overlaying the functionality of the English operating system in a Palm OS device."

About 2/3 of the way down the page (follow link below) you will see a list of European, Central European and Cyrillic language overlays, which include Russian. There is link you can follow to get a Russian overlay. Good Luck!
