Uh, the only thing I can think of is to make sure all parts are really really clean. And try to use plastic instead of glass. When you're drunk, you drop things and that's no good.

besides swapping spit and alcohol poisening nothing that i know of. just make sure all the parts are sanitized get food grade parts if possible if not boil them to get rid of any germs
