Don't men and women compliment each other. What do you think? Have any examples?

Kyle...what Bible are you reading? My Bible says my husband should love me more than his own life.

Yes, we are!

JUST KIDDING!

I do think we compliment each other neither gender being superior.

Examples:

I balance my wife and she balances me. I think we each keep each other from over-reacting and also help the other see different perspectives.

And besides that, she's really, smart, loving, cute and sexy.

Yes, men and women compliment each other. An example is a couple who walk into a party together. The man mentally notes where the bar is, where the most powerful men in the room are situated, and usually, the food table lol.

A woman however, notices all these things in a vague way, but also sees the pictures on the walls, what everyone is wearing, the expressions on people's faces, and the most comfortable place to sit that is the most advantageous for her own dress.

Generally speaking, men are superior in some ways and not in others. The difference should be celebrated, not falsely eliminated.

And yes, men and women do compliment each other in the right relationships.

If men and women were, in fact, equal in every way, then one would be redundant. (I know, a lot of you ladies already think that)

Given that if you killed off 2/3 of the male population the species would survive and thrive within several generations but if you killed off 2/3 of the female population we'd be in SERIOUS trouble, I'd say that men are definitely not superior, since they're the more disposabe half of the species.

And I love men. I mean, I really, seriously do. But they're not superior. We're supposed to be partners, and you don't have superiority in a partnership.

No, I like your second contention better: that men and women compliment, rather than compete against, each other.

Your question makes absolutely no sense when you consider that each gender is vitally important to the continuation of our species. One being greater than the other makes no sense whatsoever. Each gender has a very necessary role without which, there would be no human life at all.

We are equal.

One without the other is incomplete.

men are superior in their own sphere and women in their's. You don't see many men having children or many women er.... women can't fulfill the roll that man is supposed to which is to take care of a woman and when you try to you end up with today's society: broken homes, single moms, and mixed up kids. A "womanly" woman fulfills a man and a man with "manly" woman is totally confused and will end up divorcing her because she doesn't fulfill his needs.

According the the Bible, men are to treat women like slaves. They cannot speak of their own accord unless it's been okayed by the husband.

They shouldn't have positions in office. And most of all, shouldn't have any sort of freedom.

Great religion, thar.
