A can of coke has about 12 teaspoons of sugar. A packet is about a teaspoon. Pretty disgusting when you think about how many people will drink several cokes every day. That's a ton of sugar. Can you say "diabetes"!!!

1 packet of sugar is usually 5 grams. A can of soda contains between 30 to 40 grams. Which makes 6 to 8 packets a can...

It depends on the brand of sugar packet vs the brand of soda. Any sugar packet should have a measurement on the package that you could then compare to a can of soda. Then it's just easy math.

On average, every 4 grams of sugar is equal to a teaspoon. If your soda has 36 grams of sugar, that can of pop has 9 teaspoons of sugar... Yummy..Bring on the Diabetes.

About 1 pint or so. Soda can cause diabetes, and eats away your enamel (the stuff in your teeth) which will cause it to make your teeth look yellow...even maybe green (yuck.) If I were you I would stick to water. Even though its tasteless, its in everything, and it's a whole lot healthier for you! Good Luck!
