How do I connect phone lines at the block? I have red and green.

what kind of block are you talking about 66 block 110, a Network interface box, telephone jack.

Need a little more info.

It shouldn't matter as long as all your lines are tied the same. Most home phone lines are not polarity sensative. But your Green is your tip color will match up with (White/blue) and Red is your ring color will match up with (Blue/white).

If you mean the main jack by the block, your red green should go on white and blue wires that gets your dial tone into the house from the outside feed. Sometimes the wires might be black both (older wires), if you have an AVO meter place the leads of the meter on those wires(the ones coming from outside) to check for voltage (48 dc volts), that is your dial tone, connect the green of your jack wires to one of the wires and the red to the other one, your jack should work.
